5 Colour Coded Resistance Levels
- Yellow - X Light - Upper body, warm up shoulders, tricep and chest
- Green - Light - Upper & lower body, Glute kick backs, Pilates style exercises
- Blue - Medium - Lower body, kick backs, side raises, squats, hip thrusts
- Red - Heavy - Lower body, Glutes, squats, crab walks, hip thrusts
- Black - X Heavy - Lower body, Glute crab walks
